As Creative Director at Encompass Technologies, a SaaS leader in the beverage supply chain, I led brand strategy, creative direction, and communications, ensuring cohesive messaging and impactful engagement across diverse B2B SaaS personas. I spearheaded initiatives that reshaped Encompass’s brand perception, including strategic product launches, web and product UX/UI, large-scale event marketing, and a refined go-to-market strategy aligned with industry priorities. These efforts boosted customer engagement, strengthened market presence, and enhanced the company’s competitive edge.
I managed teams, agencies, and contractors to deliver on-brand assets that drove growth and elevated brand presence. Additionally, I led three comprehensive rebrands, aligning the company’s identity with its evolving vision and M&A initiatives while seamlessly integrating acquired brands to create compelling narratives and measurable results.
As Design Lead, Brand & Marketing Manager, I oversaw and executed all digital and print touchpoints for Orchestra Software, including CX, SCM, ERP, and EPM. I led and managed our internal design and marketing team, along with external agencies and contractors, ensuring cohesive brand execution across channels. I spearheaded the UX/UI design for a new responsive lead-generation website, launched in 2020, which drove a 200% increase in MQL conversions. Additionally, I led a comprehensive rebrand initiative, achieving full adoption by 13 leaders from 12 departments, successfully deployed across all end-user touchpoints.
As Creative & Brand Director, I transformed Visionary Lenses into Revant—a competitive brand in the eyewear industry. I developed the brand from the ground up, including the Brand Foundation, Naming, and Identity. I led the UX/UI design for a responsive eCommerce site launched in 2014, contributing to a remarkable 1,099% revenue growth over three years. I drove the creative vision, strategy, and design across all digital, print, and product platforms. Additionally, I managed a team of designers, a copywriter, contract developers, photographers, and external agencies to deliver cohesive and impactful results.
As Design Lead, Creative & Brand Manager, I shaped the vision for the Mr. Moxey’s THC and CBD mints brand in a rapidly evolving industry marked by shifting regulations and constraints. I led the UX/UI design for multiple responsive eCommerce sites within the botanicaGLOBAL brand suite, launching them in 2018. I directed and designed all digital and print assets across multi-region brands, and designed 40 original products. Additionally, I managed and mentored a team of designers, photographers, contractors, and agencies to ensure consistent, impactful brand execution.
